Ashley Moore is the Managing Director at Moore Lawyers and has over 10 years of experience. Ashley built his career in a leading commercial litigation, insolvency and commercial firm located in the Brisbane CBD before starting his own business.
Ashley is highly sought after by his clients in a diverse range of industries and is known for his ability to deliver strategic and commercial outcomes. He acts for a broad range of clients across a variety of industries, including small to medium sized businesses, public companies, property developers, franchisors, franchisees and individuals.
He has extensive experience in commercial litigation, dispute resolution, restructuring, insolvency, bankruptcy, commercial and property. Ashley has worked on some of the largest and most ground breaking trials in Queensland and interstate.
Aleksandra is an Associate Director at Moore Lawyers and has over 8 years of experience. She was previously employed by Queensland’s largest law firm and works across a variety of industries. Aleksandra has acted for the Commonwealth, small to medium sized businesses, public companies, property developers, franchisors, franchisees and individuals.
She has extensive experience in commercial litigation, dispute resolution, restructuring, insolvency and bankruptcy. She was recently awarded the Female Young Gun of the Year in 2019 for Women in Insolvency and Restructuring Queensland.
In 2019, Aleksandra completed the Australian Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association Advanced Certificate in Insolvency.
Aleksandra is also the Deputy Chair of the Australian Restructuring and Insolvency Turnaround Association (Young Professionals) Committee QLD and a Committee Member of the Queensland Law Society, Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee.
Aleksandra is also fluent in Ukrainian and Russian.
Loan is an Associate Lawyer at Moore Lawyers specialising in corporate, property and commercial law. She completed a Bachelor of Laws and Business Management (major in Economics) at the University of Queensland and was admitted to the legal profession in 2016. She is a dedicated senior lawyer with extensive experience across various Australian jurisdictions. Her work focuses on property acquisitions and sales in the commercial, industrial and retail sectors, business acquisitions and disposals and commercial leasing. Loan advises clients across all aspects of a commercial transaction from due diligence, sale agreements, loans and security arrangements to complex advisory work.
During her career, Loan has also practised in intellectual property law, family law, retirement village law and wills and estate. Loan uses her experience in various areas of law to find a pragmatic and commercial resolution for all of her clients.
Loan has acted for a variety of clients from individuals to large corporations, including Amart Furniture, Stockland, Goodman, AMP, Linfox and AMP Capital. Some highlights in her career include acting for the acquisition of Gasworks Plaza, Barracks Shopping Centre and Inghams Poultry farms. Loan understands the commercial objectives and demands of in-house legal counsel, having acted in an in-house legal counsel role at Amart Furniture.
Loan is also fluent in Vietnamese and enjoys spending time with her family.

Stephanie completed her Bachelor of Laws in 2017, gaining valuable experience working with key stakeholders in the industry throughout her degree in both Queensland and New South Wales, including a Judge in the District Court of New South Wales and a Judge in the Federal Court of Australia.
Stephanie is an experienced Lawyer and practises in Franchising, Commercial Litigation, Dispute Resolution, Commercial and Corporate, Insolvency, Bankruptcy and Restructuring. With a keen interest in the commercial world, Stephanie acts on behalf of a variety of clients including Directors, small to medium sized Businesses, Franchisors, Franchisees, Liquidators, Trustees, Creditors and Investors. Stephanie has achieved successful outcomes for her clients across Australia in all State and Federal Courts in Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales.
In 2020, Stephanie was a finalist for the Female Young Gun of the Year Award 2020 for Women in Insolvency and Restructuring Queensland. She combines her exceptional critical thinking skills with a commercial and proactive approach to consistently achieve exceptional outcomes for her clients.
Stephanie’s passion lies within the area of franchising where she utilises her experience to provide ongoing support to franchisors and/or franchisees to help develop and grow the franchising relationship and protect the rights and interests of her clients if that relationship breaks down.
Emma is a Law Graduate at Moore Lawyers. Emma graduated from Central Queensland University with a Bachelor of Laws in November 2020. While completing her degree, Emma has gained over six years’ experience working as a Legal Secretary in the commercial litigation department. Emma is currently completing her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the College of Law, and expects to be admitted into the legal profession in 2021.
Emma practices in commercial litigation and debt recovery, and strives to achieve outstanding results for her clients. Emma has a specific interest in all areas of debt recovery, as well as assisting employees and employers with a various range of employment disputes. She prides herself on her attention to detail and her ability to communicate with clients.
Emma is also a student member of the Queensland Law Society, and a Commissioner for Declarations.
Sam Bloor completed his Bachelor of Laws with Honours at Bond University in 2020. During his degree Sam undertook studies in specialist areas, achieving specialisation certificates in Corporate and Commercial Law and Legal Practice. Sam is currently completing his Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at Bond University and expects to be admitted to the Queensland Supreme Court in 2021.
Sam has gained experience in commercial litigation and debt recovery and prides himself on his motivation and perseverance. Using an energetic and personable approach, Sam strives to assist clients and provide exceptional results. Coming from an entrepreneurial family, Sam understands the difficulties surrounding business and as such, has a keen interest in the area of intellectual property law and protecting business owners’ rights.
