Ashley Moore is the Managing Director at Moore Lawyers and was admitted to the profession in 2010. Ashley built his career in a leading commercial litigation, insolvency and commercial firm located in the Brisbane CBD before starting his own business.
Ashley is highly sought after by his clients in a diverse range of industries and is known for his ability to deliver strategic and commercial outcomes. He acts for a broad range of clients across a variety of industries, including small to medium sized businesses, public companies, property developers, franchisors, franchisees and individuals.
He has extensive experience in commercial litigation, dispute resolution, restructuring, insolvency, bankruptcy, commercial and property. Ashley has worked on some of the largest and most ground breaking trials in Queensland and interstate.
Aleksandra is an Associate Director at Moore Lawyers and was admitted to the profession in 2013. She was previously employed by Queensland’s largest law firm and works across a variety of industries. Aleksandra has acted for the Commonwealth, small to medium sized businesses, public companies, property developers, franchisors, franchisees and individuals.
She has extensive experience in commercial litigation, dispute resolution, restructuring, insolvency and bankruptcy. She was recently awarded the Female Young Gun of the Year in 2019 for Women in Insolvency and Restructuring Queensland.
In 2019, Aleksandra completed the Australian Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association Advanced Certificate in Insolvency.
Aleksandra is also the Deputy Chair of the Australian Restructuring and Insolvency Turnaround Association (Young Professionals) Committee QLD and a Committee Member of the Queensland Law Society, Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee.
Aleksandra is also fluent in Ukrainian and Russian.

Ben represents a wide array of clients, including innovative start-ups, small to medium sized businesses, directors, creditors, shareholders, lenders and borrowers. Having significant experience in business, Ben understands the concerns, pressures and challenges felt and faced by small to medium business owners.
Throughout his career, Ben has obtained excellent results for his clients in a variety of challenging circumstances. Such results often have solved the issue in question in an innovative way that provided results and benefits beyond the initial desires of his clients. This has been the case in many property transactions involving property developments, commercial transactions and estate matters.
Stephanie completed her Bachelor of Laws in 2017, gaining valuable experience working with key stakeholders in the industry throughout her degree in both Queensland and New South Wales, including a Judge in the District Court of New South Wales and a Judge in the Federal Court of Australia.
Stephanie is an experienced Lawyer and practises in Franchising, Commercial Litigation, Dispute Resolution, Commercial and Corporate, Insolvency, Bankruptcy and Restructuring. With a keen interest in the commercial world, Stephanie acts on behalf of a variety of clients including Directors, small to medium sized Businesses, Franchisors, Franchisees, Liquidators, Trustees, Creditors and Investors. Stephanie has achieved successful outcomes for her clients across Australia in all State and Federal Courts in Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales.
In 2020, Stephanie was a finalist for the Female Young Gun of the Year Award 2020 for Women in Insolvency and Restructuring Queensland. She combines her exceptional critical thinking skills with a commercial and proactive approach to consistently achieve exceptional outcomes for her clients.
Stephanie’s passion lies within the area of franchising where she utilises her experience to provide ongoing support to franchisors and/or franchisees to help develop and grow the franchising relationship and protect the rights and interests of her clients if that relationship breaks down.
Emma is a Law Graduate at Moore Lawyers and was admitted to the legal profession in 2022. Emma has gained over eight years’ experience working as a Legal Assistant and Law Graduate in the commercial litigation department.
Emma practises in commercial litigation, employment law and debt recovery, and strives to achieve outstanding results for her clients. Emma has a specific interest in property and commercial disputes, as well as assisting employees and employers with a various range of employment disputes. She prides herself on her attention to detail and her ability to communicate with clients.
Holly is a Law Graduate at Moore Lawyers. She completed her Bachelor of Laws at Griffith University in 2021 and is currently completing her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at College of Law, expecting to be admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2022.
Holly has gained experience in commercial litigation and debt recovery and prides herself on her attention to detail and perservance. Using a personable approach, Holly strives to assist clients and provide exceptional results. Holly has a specific interest in all areas of debt recovery and property law.
